This is a patient Registry collecting information on patients with a new diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and related diseases. Information will be collected by review of medical records.

Eligibility
Key inclusion criteria
Patients with a new diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and related diseases. Diagnosis within 6 months prior to HREC approval at the site, in order to minimise retrospective data collection.
Age 18 years or older
Cause of death listed as lymphoma.
