This is a prospective survey of doctors working in a quaternary referral hospital, who are involved in assessment of older patients prior to surgery. This will be collected once and the survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

The survey is designed for the above group. Doctors in other units, and other health care staff, have not been invited to respond to this particular study.
