Copenhagen Burnout Inventory: three sections: personal burnout, work-related burnout and patient-related burnout, 19 questions.
There are 5 answers for each question, ranging from "never/almost never", "rarely", "sometimes", "often" and "always". This scale will be evaluated by converting it into a percentage scale “0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%” for each answer. The diagnosis of burnout syndrome is defined as having average values equal or above 50% in questions related to work and personal areas.
The aim of using the dual diagnostic criteria is to eliminate non-work related burnout syndrome.
