Preoperative use of ondansetron, clonidine, pethidine or tramadol
Contraindication to combined spinal epidural anaesthesia
Preoperative shivering
Intolerance or allergy to ondansetron
Failure to find subarachnoid space during combined spinal epidural anaesthesia
Conversion to general anaesthesia
Adminstration of intrathecal or epidural morphine
